General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

Cleaning Supplies/ Equipment.

South Beach Cleaning provides environmentally-friendly products and nearly all equipment required for cleaning your apartment. You will need to provide a toilet brush and running water. If you want high areas cleaned, you must provide a step stool. If you want carpets and rugs vacuumed, you must provide a vacuum. If you would like us to use specialty products (e.g., simply green, bleach, stainless steel cleaner, sponge mop), please leave it out and include this request in your special account instructions.

Cancellations.

For all cleanings South Beach Cleaning will assess a $50 cancellation fee if a clean is cancelled less than 4 hours before your appointment. For specialty cleans (e.g. post-construction, etc.) a 50% cancellation fee will be applied for cleans not cancelled 8 hours before your clean.

No Warranty.

South Beach Cleaning, LLC provides this web site and its content "as is" and without any representation or warranty, express, implied, or statutory. South Beach Cleaning, LLC specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. South Beach Cleaning, LLC protects the security and safety of its customers and its quality of services by being fully insured, bonded and certified.

Direct Hiring of Our Housekeepers.

South Beach Cleaning, LLC invests heavily in training methods and background screening to find quality employees. Hiring OUR current, Ex-worker(s) and/or accepting side propositions makes you liable for an employment referral fee of $5,000.00 if you directly employ (legally or cash basis) anyone currently or formerly employed by us within the 2 year period prior to such employment. By using our service, you agree to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal business, otherwise; Attorney, Legal and miscellaneous expenses incurred to investigate and/or collect this fee will be added if this employment is discovered. Exchanging contact info is considered part of this breach.

Unless complying with all laws; direct, unreported or inappropriate employment practices are illegal. You acknowledge being informed that South Beach Cleaning is obligated to report illegal hiring activities. In fact, anyone may report this to the proper Government and Judicial authorities so investigation ensues. Implication, complicity or withholding knowledge of illegal activity is not only prosecutable by South Beach Cleaning (when applicable), but also by United States Federal and Local Laws.

Employee safety.

South Beach Cleaning, LLC reserves the right to remove its employees from your home should the environment become unsafe, our cancellation policy will apply.

Pets.

We will gladly work around pets. If your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, South Beach Cleaning, LLC reserves the right to remove its employees from your home. If an employee leaves your home prior to completion, South Beach Cleaning, LLC will charge you a pro-rated expense based on work performed. If removal of our housekeepers is due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply.

Privacy and Protection of Personal Information.

Valuables.

Please safely secure heirlooms and collectibles prior to cleanings. Please advise of fragile items (and their care) in special account instructions.

Large and Heavy items.

For safety and liability reasons, South Beach Cleaning, LLC will not allow its Cleaning Professionals to lift or move heavy items or furniture.

Damages.

South Beach Cleaning, LLC Cleaning Professionals promise to conduct themselves professionally in your home. In the event of an accidental damage, notify our office within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for damages reported more than 48 hours after the end of the cleaning appointment. South Beach Cleaning, LLC requests that you are accessible to be contacted so that South Beach Cleaning, LLC or its representatives can assess and repair any damages.

South Beach Cleaning, LLC reserves the right to contract suitable professionals to repair damages. South Beach Cleaning, LLC will make payment arrangements directly to its contractors to settle any damage repair.

Caulking and Grout.

South Beach Cleaning, LLC does not assume responsibility for the restoration of severely worn, stained or mildewed caulking and grout.

Discounts.

South Beach Cleaning reserves the right to alter or withdraw discounts on future service at any time, but will always advise clients of any change.
